Teresa Varley, of Steelers.com, reports Pittsburgh Steelers CB Ike Taylor started his offseason program at the start of February. He has been working with Tom Shaw, a conditioning coach based out of Orlando, Fla. "I felt like coming off of last year as a team we didn't have a good season and this year I want to help my team out as much as possible. I am not looking back. This is my fifth year and I know expectations are high for me. I have high expectations myself," Taylor said.

Gerry Dulac, of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, reports Pittsburgh Steelers CB Ike Taylor, who signed a five-year, $22.5 million contract extension earlier this season, is growing increasingly frustrated with his role as the team's third cornerback in nickel and dime packages. "Darn right, it's frustrating," Taylor said. "It doesn't even have anything to do with the contract. They said it is what it is. I don't know what that means - it is what it is?...I don't know what's going to happen. All I can do is play football. It's frustrating, it's very frustrating, but you deal with it. We all want to be that guy. We all go through tough times. I call it growing pains. We all go through them in life."
