Indianapolis Colts QB Andrew Luck (shoulder, kidney) said he's not as healthy as he can be and that he still has work to do, although he did say he feels really good. Luck did he say he participated in everything during the first day of the offseason program Monday, April 18. Luck did not disclose a timeline for his rehabilitation or what he must do in order to complete a full recovery by Week 1.
Fantasy Tip: Luck is arguably the best quarterback in the NFL when he's healthy, but staying healthy has been tough for him lately. He had one of the worst offensive lines in the NFL last season, and he tends to have a nitty, gritty playstyle, too. That being said, he's still worth taking as a top QB1.

Fantasy Tip: Dorsett finished the 2015 season with 225 yards and one touchdown but should see more targets in 2016. Dorsett could be a late-round option in deeper leagues but should not be a weekly starting candidate.

The Colts would be the first team to not have a bye week after a game in London. Multiple reports indicate the Colts didn't want their bye week that early in the 2016 season.

Fantasy Tip: Doyle could sneak into the fantasy picture behind starter Dwayne Allen. He's probably just a watch list player, but he could carve a big enough role to be a bye-week replacement.

Indianapolis Colts DE Henry Anderson (knee) is slowly progressing from a torn anterior cruciate ligament suffered in November, and his availability for the start of training camp is in serious jeopardy. Despite missing the final seven games last season, Anderson still finished 18th among all 3-4 scheme defensive linemen in tackles in 2015.

Free-agent LB Jonathan Newsome (Colts) is not expected to be re-signed by the Indianapolis Colts. Mike Wells of ESPN.com postulated that the Colts would not have released Newsome in the first place if they had felt confident in his ability on and off the field. He was released less than a week after he was arrested for possession of marijuana.
