Indianapolis Colts LB Nate Irving (knee) has lost 30 pounds this offseason after playing at 260 pounds last season. Irving and LB Sio Moore are expected to start opposite LB D'Qwell Jackson this year. Jackson said he can already tell that Irving is moving more confidently and has more explosion in his movement.

Indianapolis Colts TE Dwayne Allen could see the field considerably more in the upcoming season, as new offensive coordinator Rob Chudzinski may elect not to use as many multiple tight-end sets as former offensive coordinator Pep Hamilton. The players listed behind Allen on the depth chart are all unproven, being TEs Jack Doyle, Erik Swoope and Darion Griswold.
Fantasy Tip: Allen has flashed notable potential over the past few years, but was never really able to break out while splitting time with Coby Fleener. Now that Fleener is out of town, Allen will be in a nice position to make his mark, and as long as a healthy Andrew Luck remains under center, he could end up being a great value pick later in drafts. Certainly keep an eye on this situation.

Indianapolis Colts WR Josh Boyce received work with the first-team offense during organized team activities Tuesday, May 17, because of injuries to WRs Donte Moncrief (toe) and Phillip Dorsett (hamstring).
Fantasy Tip: Boyce probably will not have a big role in the passing game if he makes the final roster and should be avoided in most leagues.

Fantasy Tip: It is not known how long Dorsett may be sidelined because of the injury, but he could be limited for most of the offseason workouts since hamstring injury can linger. He is expected to be the No. 3 receiver for the Colts in 2016 and should be a late-round option in deeper leagues.

Fantasy Tip: Moncrief will be the Colts' No. 2 wide receiver behind T.Y. Hilton, assuming he's at full health. There is the possibility that Moncrief could have a breakout year if Andrew Luck stays upright. For now, though, Moncrief should be drafted as a low-end WR2 to high-end WR3.

Fantasy Tip: Luck couldn't stay healthy in a tumultuous 2015 season. With a new starting center and a hopefully improved offensive line, Luck could return to top-tier fantasy quarterback form. Despite the injury concerns, he should still be regarded as a top fantasy quarterback, too.

Indianapolis Colts OG Hugh Thornton is currently at 315 pounds after weighing up to 336 pounds earlier in his career. He even reached the 300-pound mark earlier this offseason. "This is probably the best I've felt in a long time," Thornton said. "Going back to college, high school, probably just the most well-rounded -- physically, mentally, spiritually. I'm just in a great place and I'm excited to see how this transformation is going to take place on the field."
