Fantasy Tip: Shorts has had two big games this season but has not done much in the rest of the games. Shorts costs $4,800 on FantasyScore, but owners should be able to find better options to use.

Fantasy Tip: Bortles has been dealing with the injury for a few weeks but has been able to play. Bortles is cheap on FantasyScore at $4,300 but is not a good option to start this week.

Fantasy Tip: Harbor can officially be ignored for now at FantasyScore with his demotion. Lewis ($3,400) is more of a blocking tight end than a pass-catcher, though, so he's not a very wise option, even in Week 13 against the New York Giants.

Jacksonville Jaguars QB Blake Bortles went 15-for-27 for just 146 yards and an interception in the team's Week 12 loss to the Indianapolis Colts, and he hasn't tossed a touchdown in the last two games. Head coach Gus Bradley was critical of the whole offense, but he indicated that the team expects more from the rookie quarterback. Bradley said Bortles has been holding the ball too long in the pocket, and his decision making hasn't been up to par.
Fantasy Tip: Bortles has had more rough patches than bright spots in his rookie season, but you can't blame him too much, he's lacking serious weapons on offense. In Week 13, the Jags face the New York Giants, whose defense should allow Bortles to put up much better numbers. Consider Bortles ($4,300) a cheap sleeper option in Week 13.

Fantasy Tip: Bortles has struggled with interceptions since he earned the starting job, but does not appear in danger of losing the job. Bortles only costs $4,300 on FantasyScore, but owners should spend some more money on a better option.
