Fantasy Tip: Robinson impressed in his rookie campaign and could even be considered the team's No. 1 wide receiver if he's fully healthy for the regular season. Unfortunately, Blake Bortles will probably still be quarterbacking the Jaguars, but Robinson is still a solid WR3 option.

Fantasy Tip: Thomas' fantasy value would take a sharp hit shifting from one of the best offenses in the league to one of the worst. Regardless of where he lands, he'll be in the top tier of tight ends taken in traditional drafts.

Jacksonville Jaguars general manager David Caldwell said the team is more open to trading the third overall pick of this year's draft after securing QB Blake Bortles with the No. 3 pick last season. "I would expect some calls," Caldwell said. "But as you guys in the media know, you pick everything apart and some of the quarterbacks may fall just like some of the quarterbacks predicted to go high last year fell to the late first round. So you don't really know what other teams' value is."

Jacksonville Jaguars RB Toby Gerhart will likely be back with the team in 2015, according to head coach Gus Bradley. "Toby's done a nice job for us,' Bradley said Thursday, Feb. 19. "I know people may consider him a third down-type back or a short-yardage, situational back but we saw him do enough good things on first and second downs that he'll have a place with us. He is a different style of back and we're putting tougher an offense that best utilizes his strength."
Fantasy Tip: Gerhart battled injuries and poor play in his first year with the Jaguars, and even if Bradley does find a better way to utilize his skills next year, it is unlikely Gerhart will ever be the team's primary back with Denard Robinson showing plenty of promise. At best, Gerhart is worth taking a flier on late in drafts.

Jacksonville Jaguars OG Brandon Linder will remain at right guard and will not become an option to compete for the right tackle spot. "Right now, we like him at right guard," head coach Gus Bradley said Wednesday, Feb. 18.

The Jacksonville Jaguars currently have 69 players under contract for 2015 and the most open space of any team, with $60.77 million to spend against the projected $140 million 2015 salary cap.

Jacksonville Jaguars QB Blake Bortles won't be discouraged from running in his second season in the pros, according to offensive coordinator Greg Olson. Bortles was sacked 55 times in 14 games as a rookie in 2014, and he often held the ball too long in the pocket. He was also second on the team in rushing yards, though, with 419. "When a play does break down protection-wise and you have a guy that can go get yards, you don't want to discourage it," Olson said. "There is a time to make something to happen with your feet. For other quarterbacks, that's not part of their makeup. That's a strength of Blake's and we want him to continue to utilize that."
Fantasy Tip: Bortles has a ton of upside in the league. The problem is whether the Jaguars can surround enough playmakers around him to allow him to break out. He'll probably go undrafted in standard fantasy football leagues this year, but he could be a significant waiver wire pickup as a backup QB.
