Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker (foot) missed much of last summer after having surgery to put a screw in his foot. But Parker said he's fully healthy now and expects to take a big step forward in his sophomore season. He's been asked by the new coaching staff to learn every receiving position on the field, including the slot. "I expect big things out of him. I'm expecting him to be a heck of a football player, a guy that other teams fear, because he can make big plays down the field, inside," QB Ryan Tannehill said. "He's a big-bodied guy. He's a guy we're going to want to use in the red zone, on third downs and to stretch the field as well." Parker amassed 286 receiving yards in the final three games of 2015.
Fantasy Tip: With Rishard Matthews signing elsewhere in free agency, Parker will surely be asked to step up in the passing game alongside Kenny Stills and Jarvis Landry. The fact that Parker will be versatile is a big plus for fantasy owners. If Ryan Tannehill takes a step forward under Adam Gase, Parker will only benefit. Draft Parker as a WR3 with WR2 potential.

Miami Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill said the Dolphins will mix things up in new head coach Adam Gase's offense. Tannehill said there's more variability and versatility under Gase than there was with former offensive coordinator Bill Lazor. Tannehill will also be adjusting more on the fly, whether that's with routes, protection or even just the play in general.
Fantasy Tip: It remains to be seen if Tannehill can translate his excitement and newfound freedom into success on the field. Even with the offensive optimism in Miami, though, Tannehill is still comfortably in QB2 territory.

Miami Dolphins CB Xavien Howard appears to be the leading candidate to start at cornerback opposite CB Byron Maxwell in 2016 but likely will be pushed by CB Tony Lippett during offseason workouts and training camp.

Fantasy Tip: Foster is still recovering from his Achilles' tendon injury but may sign with a team in a near future. Foster likely would be part of a committee if he signed with the Dolphins but may receive most of the work in that committee. Foster could be a No. 2 or No. 3 running back for owners this season depending on where he plays.

Miami Dolphins RB Damien Williams appears to be the frontrunner for the No. 3 running back job in 2016 because the coaching staff likes him. Williams is expected to be pushed by RB Daniel Thomas for the job during training camp.
Fantasy Tip: Williams rushed for only 59 yards in 2015 but did catch 21 passes for 142 yards out of the backfield. Williams likely will have a similar role in 2016 if he makes the team. Williams may have some value in point-per-reception leagues but probably can be avoided in most leagues.

Miami Dolphins RB Jay Ajayi has been performing well during workouts this offseason and has separated himself from the other running backs on the roster, according head coach Adam Gase. "He's been one of those guys he's been here every day. He's done everything right. You can tell he's looking to improve. He doesn't say much, just keeps working," Gase said. "The rest of that group has done a good job to try and keep up with him, but obviously he's kind of separated himself from that group as far as the consistency of what he does day in and day out."
Fantasy Tip: It appears that Ajayi will receive a majority of the carries in 2016, but owners should keep an eye on the situation. Ajayi likely will be a middle-round option in most leagues and can be a No. 2 or No. 3 running back for owners.
