Fri, 15 Dec 2017 13:39:22 -0800

New Orleans Saints WR Michael Thomas (eye) practiced in full Friday, Dec. 15, and he was removed from the injury report ahead of the Week 15 game with the New York Jets. He will be playing with a protective visor after being poked in the eye.

Fantasy Tip: Thomas has re-emerged as a fantasy must-start lately, posting 35 receptions for 447 yards and two touchdowns over the past five games. He has five or more grabs in 12 of his 13 games this season.

Saints | Ted Ginn questionable for Sunday

Fri, 15 Dec 2017 13:38:48 -0800

New Orleans Saints WR Ted Ginn Jr. (ribs) was limited in practice Friday, Dec. 15, and he is listed as questionable for the Week 15 game against the New York Jets.

Fantasy Tip: Ginn should be treated as a WR4 or flex fantasy option in leagues of 12 or more teams at this point.

Saints | Alvin Kamara ready for Week 15

Fri, 15 Dec 2017 13:38:13 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Alvin Kamara (concussion) practiced in full Friday, Dec. 15, and he has been removed from the injury report ahead of the Week 15 game with the New York Jets.

Fantasy Tip: Kamara will be ready for the Jets, and fantasy owners should feel confident using him as a RB2 across the board in all formats. He has really emerged as a stud this season and will be flying up draft boards heading into 2018, too.

New Orleans Saints DE Trey Hendrickson (ankle) and LB A.J. Klein (groin) did not practice Friday, Dec. 15, and they have been ruled out for the Week 15 game against the New York Jets. OG Andrus Peat (groin) did not practice, either, and is questionable. WR Ted Ginn Jr. (ribs) was limited and is also considered questionable. TE Josh Hill (shoulder) and S Kenny Vaccaro (groin) were limited in practice, while LB Jonathan Freeny (non-injury related), RB Alvin Kamara (concussion), OG Senio Kelemete (concussion) and WR Michael Thomas (eye) were full participants and removed from the injury report.

Saints | Michael Thomas practices in full again

Thu, 14 Dec 2017 15:24:32 -0800

New Orleans Saints WR Michael Thomas (eye) practiced in full for the second consecutive day Thursday, Dec. 14.

Fantasy Tip: Thomas will be out there on Sunday but the only concern might be if the Saints are blowing out the Jets at the Superdome that he might see his role scaled back in the second half as a result. Either way, the second-year receiver is poised to do some more damage after tying his season high last week with 117 yards. He's also scored in consecutive ballgames.

Saints | Another full practice for Alvin Kamara

Thu, 14 Dec 2017 15:19:28 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Alvin Kamara (concussion) practiced in full for the second consecutive day Thursday, Dec. 14.

Fantasy Tip: It looks like Kamara will be able to return one week after having to leave early against the Falcons last Thursday night, though the damage may have been done to owners in the fantasy playoffs by his exit after just a few touches. Nonetheless, he should return to his usual sizable workload this week, and with New Orleans expected to win decisively, Kamara should play a big role in that effort.

Saints | Ted Ginn upgraded to limited at practice

Thu, 14 Dec 2017 15:11:42 -0800

New Orleans Saints WR Ted Ginn Jr. (ribs) got in a limited practice Thursday, Dec. 14.

Fantasy Tip: This is an upgrade over yesterday, when Ginn was sidelined, so it's a good sign for his chances of playing on Sunday. The former Carolina Panther has proven to be the ultimate boom-or-bust option throughout his career, and this year has certainly been no different, though he only has a pair of scores to show for his efforts. Ginn has only managed two catches apiece in each of his last two games, so owners would probably be better off rolling with someone else instead.

Saints | Alvin Kamara good to go

Thu, 14 Dec 2017 07:00:00 -0800

Updating previous reports, New Orleans Saints RB Alvin Kamara (concussion) will play in Week 15, according to head coach Sean Payton.

Fantasy Tip: The New York Jets are among the top five in defending the RB position the last five weeks, but Kamara is still useful as an RB2 in fantasy.

Wed, 13 Dec 2017 14:45:59 -0800

New Orleans Saints WR Michael Thomas (eye) was able to take part in a full practice session Wednesday, Dec. 13.

Fantasy Tip: Thomas tied a season high with 117 yards last Thursday in Atlanta and he has a touchdown in each of the past two games. He is back as a dependable WR2 in most fantasy formats, and just in the nick of time for fantasy owners.

Wed, 13 Dec 2017 14:45:34 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Alvin Kamara (concussion) was able to take part in a full practice session Wednesday, Dec. 13.

Fantasy Tip: Kamara was knocked out of last Thursday's game in Atlanta, but he vowed to be ready for Week 15 and he appears to be true to his word. He remains a must-start across the board in all fantasy leagues when active.

Saints | No practice for Ted Ginn

Wed, 13 Dec 2017 14:38:22 -0800

New Orleans Saints WR Ted Ginn Jr. (ribs) was unable to practice Wednesday, Dec. 13.

Fantasy Tip: Ginn appears to be an early question mark for Week 15. When healthy he is nothing more than a WR4 in most fantasy leagues. Circle back around Friday when the official injury designations come out before making a final decision.
