Fantasy Tip: It seems like Thomas Rawls will be the next running back for the Seahawks, so Forte probably would receive some work as a backup running back or a receiver out of the backfield. Forte probably would be a middle-round option if he decided to join the Seahawks.

Seattle Seahawks impending free-agent OT Russell Okung (shoulder) is unlikely to receive a franchise tag this offseason. It was a more realistic option before he dislocated his shoulder in the playoffs.

Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch is eighth among running backs in postseason rushing yards (937) and third among running backs with six 100-yard rushing games in the playoffs. He gained 488 yards after contact in the postseason from 2010 to 2015, 270 more yards after contact than the next-highest running back over that span.
Fantasy Tip: Lynch certainly made his mark on the NFL, especially after being traded from the Buffalo Bills to the Seahawks. With Lynch retiring, Thomas Rawls will take over as Seattle's starting running back, and he should be considered a RB2 for next season's drafts.

Fantasy Tip: It looks like Thomas Rawls will be the next man up for Seattle in 2016 after an impressive rookie campaign last season. Rawls tallied over 900 total yards and five total touchdowns in just 13 games and seven starts. Assuming Rawls is the starting running back, he has RB1 potential but should be drafted as a RB2.

Fantasy Tip: If Lynch returns with another team, he'll be in the RB2 conversation. Thomas Rawls is expected to take over for Beast Mode in Seattle, and he'll be in the low-end RB2 mix.

Fantasy Tip: If Lynch is indeed hanging them up as his tweet seems to indicate, Thomas Rawls would enter the 2016 season as a potential RB2.

Fantasy Tip: Lynch, who turns 30 in April, was limited to 111 carries, 417 yards and three touchdowns in seven regular-season games this year due to hamstring and abdominal injuries. Thomas Rawls will replace him in Seattle and should be viewed as a low-end RB2 or high-end RB3 in drafts.

Fantasy Tip: Rawls will likely be an RB2 in fantasy if Marshawn Lynch doesn't return. Lynch isn't expected to return to Seattle.

Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch is unlikely to return to the Seahawks in 2016, according to NFL Network commentator Michael Robinson. Robinson, who is close friends with Lynch, said he knew what Lynch's intentions were regarding retirement, but he wasn't at liberty to say. "It's fair to assume (his days in Seattle are over,)" Robinson said.
Fantasy Tip: In the interview, there was a feeling a door was left open that Lynch could return in 2016 with another team. If Lynch returns, he'll be a low-end RB1 consideration.

Philadelphia Eagles RB DeMarco Murray drew interest from the Seattle Seahawks last offseason before he signed with the Eagles. He could be pursued by them again this offseason if he does not return to Philadelphia. That move may not make much sense for Seattle, though, according to Sheil Kapadia of ESPN.com. Kapadia believes RB Thomas Rawls is still the answer for Seattle's future backfield even if Murray is available.
Fantasy Tip: It's no guarantee that Murray won't be back with the Eagles next season, but it's looking more unlikely as the offseason unfolds. Ryan Mathews is a capable replacement if Murray is gone, while Darren Sproles would continue to serve as the Eagles' passing down running back.

Seattle Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin scored 11 touchdowns in his last six games en route to a 78-catch, 1,069-yard, 14-touchdown season. The 14 touchdowns nearly equaled his touchdown total from the four previous seasons combined.
Fantasy Tip: Baldwin benefitted, especially late in the season, from the loss of Marshawn Lynch and Thomas Rawls. The Seahawks had no effective running game and were forced to pass early and often in their games. Last year could turn out to be a career year for Baldwin when all is said and done, so don't anticipate duplicate numbers from him next season.

Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson threw three first-half touchdowns in a winning effort for Team Irvin in the Pro Bowl Sunday, Jan. 31, to earn offensive Most Valuable Player honors. Wilson went 8-for-12 for 164 yards in the game.
Fantasy Tip: Wilson elevated his game to a new level in 2015, and he'll no longer be known as strictly a game manager that can make things happen with his legs. Wilson is a legitimate QB1 for fantasy drafts this fall.
