Fantasy Tip: Zuerlein is on the cheaper end of the spectrum for kickers at FantasyScore ($2,600), making him a decent option for your lineups. It's never wise to pay up for a kicker in daily games.

Fantasy Tip: Cunningham ($3,000) is intriguing at FantasyScore because of his price, but the mystery surrounding the Rams backfield makes him a gamble. Cunningham has more appeal in point-per-reception leagues, though, making him a decent flex option against the Chiefs.

St. Louis Rams C Tim Barnes (shoulder) and CB Brandon McGee (foot) are both out for Week 8 against the Kansas City Chiefs. CBs Janoris Jenkins (knee) and Trumaine Johnson (knee) are questionable, while DE William Hayes (illness), WR Kenny Britt (ankle), S T.J. McDonald (concussion), OG Rodger Saffold (knee), LB Jo-Lonn Dunbar (toe) and DE Ethan Westbrooks (hand) are probable. Jenkins, Barnes and McGee didn't practice Friday, Oct. 24, while the rest were full participants.

St. Louis Rams RB Zac Stacy, who didn't have a touch in Week 7, could remain a factor in the backfield in Week 8 against the Kansas City Chiefs. Earlier in the week, head coach Jeff Fisher said Stacy could have 25 carries Sunday, Oct. 26. However, the team is likely to give RB Tre Mason every opportunity to develop the hot hand this weekend.
Fantasy Tip: Stacy ($3,200; 6.4% of your cap) has a tantalizing price tag on FantasyScore if he has a large enough role this weekend. Mason ($4,900; 9.8%) is a higher-priced flex option. Benny Cunningham ($3,600; 7.2%) should also be in the mix. This is likely to be a weekly question mark for the foreseeable future.

Fantasy Tip: Britt still has the ability to stretch the field, but with just 197 yards and one touchdown through six games, he hasn't been a reliable option. Even at the minimum salary at the receiver positon at FantasyScore, Britt ($3,000, 6%) isn't worth the gamble.

St. Louis Rams CB Janoris Jenkins (knee) and C Tim Barnes (shoulder) did not practice Thursday, Oct. 23. FS T.J. McDonald (concussion), LB Jo-Lonn Dunbar (toe), CB Trumaine Johnson (knee), CB Brandon McGee (foot), RB Benny Cunningham (knee) were limited participants, and DE William Hayes (illness), OG Rodger Saffold (knee) and DE Ethan Westbrooks (hand) were full participants.

Fantasy Tip: Britt was probably a flex option at best for Week 8. If you add the injury to the equation, it is probably best to look elsewhere in FantasyScore this week, even if Britt is able to get on the field.

St. Louis Rams C Tim Barnes (shoulder), DE William Hayes (illness), CB Janoris Jenkins (knee), S T.J. McDonald (concussion) and OT Rodger Saffold (knee) did not practice Wednesday, Oct. 22. LB Jo-Lonn Dunbar (toe) and CB Trumaine Johnson (knee) were limited, while CB Brandon McGee (foot) and DE Ethan Westbrooks (hand) practiced in full.

St. Louis Rams RB Tre Mason could be the top candidate for a majority of carries since he is averaging 5.4 yards per carry. Mason rushed for 85 yards and one touchdown on 18 carries in Week 7 and received most of the carries because he had the hot hand, according to head coach Jeff Fisher. RB Zac Stacy was announced the starter for Week 7 but only played one snap. RB Benny Cunningham only rushed for three yards during the game. Stacy is averaging 3.93 yards per carry this season, while Cunningham is averaging 3.78 yards per carry.
Fantasy Tip: It appears like Mason probably will receive most of the work at running back for the time being. Mason costs $4,900 on FantasyScore and could be a nice flex option for owners.

St. Louis Rams QB Austin Davis was 18-for-21 for 152 yards in the team's Week 7 win over the Seattle Seahawks, and former QB Brett Favre thinks Davis could be special in the league. "Not to sound off my rocker, but (Davis) -- in my mind -- can be the next Tom Brady or Kurt Warner. (Brian) Hoyer as well," Favre said. Davis' 86 percent completion rate against the Seahawks was the highest accuracy mark against a defending Super Bowl champion (minimum of 20 passes). It was also the second highest completion percentage against the Seahawks.
Fantasy Tip: Davis continues to fly under the radar, even at FantasyScore, where he'll cost $6,000 (12.0% of cap) against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 8. However, the Chiefs have performed well against the pass this season, making Davis an unpopular selection for your lineups.
