Fantasy Tip: One of the two could wind up starting to open the season, and Keenum figures to be ahead of Foles. Jared Goff has a chance to start if the team feels he's ready. Goff has the most fantasy value, but it's as a low-end QB2. His value is more prevalent in dynasty leagues. The other two don't have much fantasy promise.

Fantasy Tip: Goff will have the chance to start Week 1. The Rams will focus on the run, and Goff's rookie upside is pretty marginal right now. He'll be a low-end QB2 consideration if he thrives in camp. He's a surefire dynasty target.

Los Angeles Rams QB Jared Goff was in a "Bear Raid" spread offense in college where he spent more than 99% of his time taking snaps out of the shotgun. The Rams were in a shotgun or pistol formation on fewer plays than any other team in the NFL in 2015. Goff has the chance to begin the season as the starter if the team deems him ready.
Fantasy Tip: Goff will have to adjust from his shotgun-heavy ways, but the Rams' offense is built around the running game and short passes. Whether it was scheme or personnel, the Rams have ran a system that emphasizes short routes, bubble screens and passes that will allow their receivers to make plays in space. Tavon Austin was a big proponent to this setup, and the team hasn't thrown the deep ball with regularity. The team wants Goff to be ready for Week 1. Whether that happens, we'll find out in camp. Goff is a low-end QB2 without a lot of upside this year. He'll be a popular dynasty commodity.

Fantasy Tip: Goff has a lot to prove in camp to show fantasy circles that he's worthy of a QB2 selection in single-year leagues. He's a great dynasty option, but he's a low-end QB2 in traditional formats.

Fantasy Tip: Goff becomes the face of the franchise as they make the move to the West Coast. He'll immediately have a chance to win the starting job in training camp. However, with more of a dink-and-dunk offense without much at receiver, Goff won't have much fantasy upside if he's starting in Week 1. Consider him a low-end QB2 in single-year formats.

Los Angeles Rams QB Nick Foles could be traded as a result of the Rams likely drafting a quarterback Thursday, April 28, on the first day of the NFL draft. Several teams have already expressed interest in Foles, but if he is unable to be swapped then he will likely be released.
Fantasy Tip: Foles will almost definitely be playing for another team in 2016, and it will probably be as a backup. His fantasy appeal is essentially non-existent right now.

Fantasy Tip: Goff will likely have a chance to win the starting job in camp, but the Rams' offense is super conservative. They run first and throw a ton of short-yardage screens and hitches, so Goff or anyone else behind center won't have a lot of upside in 2016. Goff would be a low-end QB2 in single-year leagues.

Florida State CB Jalen Ramsey said "corner" when asked what position he hopes to play in the NFL. Some evaluators think Ramsey will move to safety in the NFL while also playing cornerback in certain coverages. "I will play anywhere a team wants me to play, just like I did in college it doesn't matter to me. I want to play ball," Ramsey admitted.

Updating previous reports, Los Angeles Rams PK Greg Zuerlein's one-year deal is worth $1.25 million with an $850,000 base salary ($250,000 guaranteed) and a $400,000 signing bonus. He can earn up to $2.05 million in incentives for field-goal percentage and 50-yard field goals.
Fantasy Tip: "The Leg" has been a fruitful fantasy option and a frustrating one as well. His offense simply hasn't put him in enough chances to score, and he has been erratic at times. He's a midrange PK option in fantasy.

Fantasy Tip: Foles could be traded at some point during the draft, so owners should keep an eye on the situation. Foles has had some success as a starting quarterback but would only be a No. 2 fantasy quarterback if he is a starter in 2016.

California QB Jared Goff is the player the Los Angeles Rams are targeting with the No. 1 pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, according to beat writer Sam Farmer. Farmer said he initially believed North Dakota State QB Carson Wentz was the pick, but he said he misread the signs.
Fantasy Tip: St. Louis isnít a terrible situation for a rookie quarterback to step into, but inexperience coupled with mediocre receivers and a run-heavy offense would make Goff a low-end QB2.

Fantasy Tip: If Goff ends up being the Rams' choice with the top pick, he would be in the mix to start right away. That being said, he would be a low-end QB2 as a rookie in an offense built around running back Todd Gurley.
