Fantasy Tip: Speculation is Bregman could be given time to play third base before being promoted to the parent club. Luis Valbuena is struggling, although his bat has shown signs of life, and the team could use another boost of minor league seasoning.

Fantasy Tip: Altuve is hitting .389 (14-for-36) with three homers, seven RBIs and seven runs scored during his hitting streak. He is a must-start in DFS regardless of price tag while running hot.

Fantasy Tip: Feldman might be a decent low-end DFS play, as his price tag will be low and allow you to load up on high-priced offensive talent using a high-low strategy. His exposure might not be high, either, making him a nice play.

Houston Astros SP Collin McHugh allowed two earned runs, six hits and three walks over six innings in a no-decision Monday, June 27, against the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. He also struck out three batters in the 83-pitch quality start.
Fantasy Tip: McHugh hasn't won in five June starts, but he has three straight quality starts and appears to finally be on track after a terrible start to his season. He has re-emerged as a must-start in all fantasy formats and DFS play.

Houston Astros SP Lance McCullers (blister) has been scratched from his start Tuesday, June 28, due to the early development of a blister. SP/RP Scott Feldman will make the start in his place opposite the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.
Fantasy Tip: McCullers has already missed the majority of the campaign due to injury, so the team probably wants to be cautious with one of the key cogs in their starting rotation. Although the Angels have the second-fewest home runs in the American League, Feldman isn't an ideal streaming option due to his struggles earlier this season when he was in the rotation.

Fantasy Tip: Valbuena has been hot in June, hitting .309 with two home runs and eight RBI, but he's only hitting .254 on the year. He has pop from the left side but tends to swing and miss too often for owners to rely on in most mixed leagues. He could split time often with Marwin Gonzalez moving forward, too.

Fantasy Tip: As great as Altuve has been over the past few years, this season might arguably be his best one yet. Not only does he continue to reach base at a torrid pace, but his power numbers are up across the board, too, being on pace for career highs in home runs and RBI -- all the while he continues to rack up his usual high number of hits and steals. He's easily one of the most valuable players on offense in all of fantasy baseball.

Fantasy Tip: Although Gattis is batting just .176 during the month of June, he has homered six times and driven in 16 runs over 74 at-bats. He's worth using in DFS lineups if you don't mind the low batting average and high strikeout totals.

Houston Astros SP Mike Fiers was staked to an early and sizeable lead Saturday, June 25, against the Kansas City Royals. However, he allowed three runs - two earned - and nine hits with three walks over 4 1/3 innings in a no-decision, as he didn't last long enough to qualify for the victory.
Fantasy Tip: Fiers entered the game 2-0 with a 2.63 ERA over his first four starts in June, but he had a rough one in this one. He can only be trusted in AL-only fantasy formats due to his 4.41 ERA and mediocre 1.35 WHIP, both of which are higher than his career averages.

Fantasy Tip: It appears safe to get Valbuena back into the active fantasy lineup in all formats and DFS play, as he made it through the game without any setbacks and looked good in doing it.

Fantasy Tip: Altuve has picked up the pace lately, hitting safely in seven straight and 26 of the past 28 outings. He also has two doubles with three home runs and six RBIs over the past six games. Needless to say, he remains a must-start fantasy option across the board.

Fantasy Tip: Reed has plenty of power potential, and he's a low-end flyer against soft-tossing Chris Young.

Fantasy Tip: In Rasmus' last 10 games he's 14-for-37 (.378) with two home runs, four RBI and seven runs scored. It's a nice run for the free-swinging outfielder, but it's not enough to elevate him past AL-only/deep mixed fodder.

Fantasy Tip: Entering play on Friday, Springer had been mired in a slump, going 9-for-64 (.141) with two home runs and six RBI in his previous 16 games. That came on the heels of a torrid hot streak, though, and given his power/speed combination, Springer is someone to keep in your lineup even when he's struggling.

Fantasy Tip: Staked to a nine-run lead before he ever took the hill, Keuchel just pounded the strike zone, posting a season-low two K's in the process. It was the southpaw's first win since May 28 (and second since April 15), and it broke a three-game losing streak. Still, coming a 20-win season, Keuchel continues to be one of the most disappointing fantasy performers in 2016.
