Fantasy Tip: It's uncertain when Feldman ($5,700, 11.4% of cap) will be able to return. Avoid using him in FantasyScore until he can officially start and prove his health in a full game without any setbacks.

Fantasy Tip: With a .143 average against Elias, Valbuena ($3,200, 6.4% of cap) is taking a seat despite his 22 home runs and decent bat. Lowrie ($3,800, 7.6% of cap) is hitting .100 in the last week, so pass on him as a source of FantasyScore production.

Fantasy Tip: Stassi was called up from Class AAA earlier in the week when C Jason Castro went on the 15-day disabled list. He may be a decent source of low-cost production depending on how much he plays in Castro's absence.

Houston Astros OF George Springer (knee) will play eight or nine innings in a rehab game Tuesday, Sept. 1, and will play again Thursday, Sept. 3, before being re-evaluated, according to manager A.J. Hinch.
Fantasy Tip: Springer ($4,600, 9.2% of cap) should remain owned in all fantasy formats, as he still has enough time to contribute in fantasy leagues and on FantasyScore when he's back from the DL. Both Colby Rasmus ($3,900, 7.8% of cap) and Jake Marisnick ($3,600, 7.2% of cap) could lose valuable playing time and could even form a platoon in the outfield.

Fantasy Tip: With Castro on the DL, Hank Conger ($2,800, 5.6% of cap) is seeing the majority of starts behind the dish. Only hang onto Castro in two-catcher or AL-only leagues. Conger could be a slight offensive upgrade over Castro without as much power, but he's also a very low-end catching option in daily leagues.

Fantasy Tip: Correa ($4,800, 9.6% of cap) appears to be fine after his four-game absence and it is safe to use him in FantasyScore again.

Houston Astros SP Dallas Keuchel allowed one earned run, six hits and a walk with eight strikeouts over seven innings in a win against the Seattle Mariners Monday, Aug. 31. Keuchel improved to 12-0 at home, and he has won 13 straight decisions in Houston to tie a franchise record set by Danny Darwin in 1989-90.
Fantasy Tip: Keuchel ($9,200, 18.4% of cap) is money in FantasyScore, but especially so when the Astros are at Minute Maid Park.

Fantasy Tip: Return Correa ($5,200, 10.4% of cap) to all your seasonal lineups, but he might not be the slam-dunk FantasyScore play he has usually been Monday. He has missed the past four games, so Correa may need a game or two to shake off the rust. View him as a high-risk, high-reward play in daily contests with a prime matchup Monday.

Updating a previous report, Houston Astros SS Carlos Correa (hamstring) is not in the starting lineup Sunday, Aug. 30. SS Marwin Gonzalez is starting at shortstop and batting second against Minnesota Twins SP Ervin Santana Sunday.
Fantasy Tip: Continue to remain patient with Correa ($5,200, 10.4% of cap) in seasonal leagues, and avoid him at FantasyScore until he returns, which is expected to be sooner than later. Gonzalez ($2,800, 5.6% of cap) stands as a viable value play in daily contests Sunday. He is batting .300 over 34 games since the All-Star break.

Fantasy Tip: Make sure to avoid Lowrie ($4,100, 8.2% of cap) in all fantasy formats Sunday. He is batting just .159 since returning from injury Thursday, July 30, and seasonal owners should consider replacements. Carter ($3,500, 7.0% of cap) is a potential flier for FantasyScore players Sunday, as Santana ($5,800, 11.6% of cap) sports a target-worthy 9.20 ERA over his past six starts. Still, Carter is extremely risky.

Houston Astros SS Carlos Correa (hamstring) will not play against the Minnesota Twins Sunday, Aug. 20, unless he is 100% healthy, according to manager A.J. Hinch. "It's a pretty simple decision. If there's sensitivity in there and he's showing any signs of discomfort, it's a no. No different than parenting."
Fantasy Tip: You'll want to check back for an official word on Correa ($5,200, 10.4% of cap), but it wouldn't be shocking to see him return Sunday. Still, he might not be the safest play at FantasyScore after missing time. The rookie has hit a bit of a road bump in August, too. He sports a .238/.354/.440 slash line, but the power has remained with five long flies and 14 RBI. Continue to view Correa as a high-end shortstop in all fantasy formats.
Sun, 30 Aug 2015 05:43:11 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Over his four starts with Houston, Fiers ($7,800 15.6% of cap) owns a 0.67 ERA with 24 punchouts over 27 innings, including his no-hitter Friday, Aug. 21. Fiers is worth owning in all seasonal formats at this point, and he is a matchup play at FantasyScore. Just keep your expectations in check because he has been inconsistent in the past and is likely pitching a touch over his head of late.

Houston Astros SS Carlos Correa (hamstring) is not in the starting lineup against Minnesota Twins SP Mike Pelfrey Saturday, Aug. 29. SS Marwin Gonzalez will start at shortstop and is batting second, while OF Jake Marisnick is starting in left field and is batting ninth.
Fantasy Tip: Owners should monitor Correa's ($5,200, 10.4% of cap) status to see when he may be able to return to the lineup. Gonzalez ($2,800, 5.6% of cap) and Marisnick ($3,300, 6.6% of cap) could be cheaper options for owners on FantasyScore.
Sat, 29 Aug 2015 14:29:13 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Hank Conger ($2,800, 5.6% of cap) probably will receive most of the starts with Castro out of the lineup. Conger is hitting only .215 this season and is not a great option on FantasyScore.
Fri, 28 Aug 2015 17:31:28 -0700
Fantasy Tip: During the month of August, McHugh ($6,500, 13.0% of cap) went 2-2 with a 1.89 ERA over five starts, with 34 strikeouts in 33 1/3 innings. He will make his next start against the Seattle Mariners Wednesday, Sept. 2, and is worthy of consideration for your FantasyScore lineups.
