Fantasy Tip: Sardinas ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) has been a solid player for the Brewers while filling in for Segura, but he likely will come off the bench now. Owners on FantasyScore likely will be able to find better options to use.

Milwaukee Brewers 1B Adam Lind is not in the starting lineup against a left-hander Tuesday, May 26. 1B Jason Rogers is starting at first base and hitting fifth in the batting order against San Francisco Giants SP Madison Bumgarner. 3B Aramis Ramirez moves into the cleanup spot as a result.
Fantasy Tip: Against MadBum, you should look to avoid both Rogers ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) and Ramirez ($3,400, 6.8% of cap) Tuesday night.

Fantasy Tip: Segura ($4,100, 8.2% of cap) may be a bit rusty upon his return, especially since he won't be going on a rehab assignment. That means it might be the safest play to avoid him at FantasyScore upon his return. Luis Sardinas ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) could be ticketed for a return to the minors.

Fantasy Tip: Fiers ($5,300, 10.6% of cap) has an 11.0 K/9 but also a 4.63 ERA in nine starts this year, and he'll be a risk/reward option on FantasyScore tomorrow, especially on short rest. The Giants have been a much more feared offensive club ever since the return of Hunter Pence.
Tue, 26 May 2015 14:10:49 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Lucroy ($5,100, 10.2% of cap) will immediately return to starting catching duties and send Martin Maldonado ($2,400, 4.8% of cap) to backup duties. Maldonado should be ignored in FantasyScore contests in the meantime.
Mon, 25 May 2015 19:45:16 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Davis ($2,600, 5.2% of cap) has flashed some power upside in the past, but he is nothing more than a roll-of-the-dice play at FantasyScore.
Mon, 25 May 2015 18:54:44 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Segura ($4,100, 8.2% of cap) needs to rostered in all but the shallowest of mixed leagues. FantasyScore owners will need to wait until Segura shows some positive signs before investing, as he had gotten off to another slow start before going on the DL.

Milwaukee Brewers C Jonathan Lucroy (toe) is nearing a rehab assignment after an X-ray taken Monday, May 25, revealed Lucroy's fractured left toe is healing well. "I'm going to spend a few days here doing some stuff full speed then head out on a rehab assignment, maybe three or four games," Lucroy said. "That's all it was last time I was on the DL. I shouldn't need that much … The pain is gone so it's more getting my legs under me, getting used to squatting. That's the most important thing, getting my legs under me and timing," said Lucroy.
Fantasy Tip: Lucroy ($5,100, 10.2% of cap) needs to be rostered in all leagues. FantasyScore owners shouldn't need to wait long before deploying Lucroy in their lineups.

Milwaukee Brewers SP Wily Peralta (oblique) is expected to miss four-to-six weeks with a strained left oblique. Peralta is 1-5 with a 4.00 ERA as of Monday, May 25. No decision has been made on a replacement starter.
Fantasy Tip: Peralta ($4,100, 8.2% of cap) was a fringe starter at best, and he was completely matchup dependent on FantasyScore. Peralta can be dropped in all but the deepest of mixed leagues.
Sun, 24 May 2015 15:56:11 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Manager Craig Counsell said Peralta ($4,100, 8.2% of cap) was "not a sure thing yet." This could go down to the last couple days, so keep an eye on notes from Monday and Tuesday before you make your decision.
Sun, 24 May 2015 07:49:32 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Ramirez ($3,700, 7.4% of cap) is receiving a day off Sunday and should return for the next game. Herrera ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) has only four hits in his last eight games and is not a great option on FantasyScore. Gomez ($1,800, 3.6% of cap) is hitting .217 this season and should not be a starting option.
Sun, 24 May 2015 07:42:34 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Parra ($2,200, 4.4% of cap) has been playing very well this month and has a .370 average during that span. Parra could be a starting option for owners on FantasyScore since he is a cheaper option and appears to be on a hot streak.
Sun, 24 May 2015 07:38:55 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Braun ($5,200, 10.4% of cap) is likely receiving a day off and should return soon. Gerardo Parra ($2,200, 4.4% of cap) will start in his place and could be a solid starting option for owners looking to save some money.
Sun, 24 May 2015 07:37:34 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Sardinas ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) has picked up at least one hit in seven of his eight games with the team. Sardinas only has one RBI this season but could be a cheaper option for owners on FantasyScore to consider.
Sat, 23 May 2015 17:48:14 -0700
Milwaukee Brewers SP Wily Peralta (side) will play catch Sunday, May 24, and should make his next scheduled start on Wednesday, May 27, against the San Francisco Giants, manager Craig Counsell said Saturday, May 23.
Fantasy Tip: Peralta ($4,100, 8.2% of cap) has had a few decent starts, but he doesn't offer much upside. Even with his cheap price tag, there are usually better options available at FantasyScore.
