Milwaukee Brewers SP Taylor Jungmann is set to start Wednesday, Sept. 2, against the Pittsburgh Pirates. He allowed three hits with five strikeouts June 9 against the Pirates to win his debut, and opponents are hitting just .227 against him this season.
Fantasy Tip: Jungmann ($6,500, 13.0% of cap) also knocked off the Pirates July 19, allowing one run with five strikeouts in seven innings. He is a solid play despite a tough matchup with Francisco Liriano.

Fantasy Tip: Lucroy ($3,700, 7.4% of cap) is hitting .450 (18-for-40) with three homers, 14 RBIs and 11 runs scored during his outstanding run to make him a slam-dunk play in FantasyScore.

Milwaukee Brewers 2B Scooter Gennett is not in the starting lineup Wednesday, Sept. 2. 2B Elian Herrera is starting at second base and hitting eighth against Pittsburgh Pirates SP Jeff Locke. SS Jean Segura moves up to the leadoff spot.
Fantasy Tip: Herrera ($2,400, 4.8% of cap) is a desperation sleeper pick on FantasyScore while hitting low in the lineup. Segura ($3,600, 7.2% of cap) becomes much more attractive as a value play in the leadoff spot. Segura is batting .302 (32-for-106) against left-handers this season.

Fantasy Tip: Davies is a decent prospect that came to Milwaukee in the Gerardo Parra deal, and he should be added immediately in NL-only leagues, at least, now that he should have a starting spot for the season's final month. Avoiding him against a talented Bucs lineup on FantasyScore is the right move, though.

Fantasy Tip: Davies pitched well with Class AAA Norfolk before joining the Milwaukee organization (2.84 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and 8.1 K/9), but he has struggled over his five starts for Class AAA Colorado Springs. Still, he is worth an immediate grab in NL-only and cavernous mixed leagues, and he might even prove to be a viable matchup play at FantasyScore and streamer option in all seasonal leagues.

Milwaukee Brewers SP Tyler Cravy (elbow) threw a bullpen session of strictly fastballs Tuesday, Sept. 1. He is scheduled to throw another session Thursday, Sept. 3, using all his pitches with the hope of being activated from the disabled list Friday, Sept. 4.
Fantasy Tip: Cravy ($3,800, 7.6% of cap) owns a 6.67 ERA and a 5.27 FIP over six appearances and five starts this season, so you're digging deep starting him in any fantasy format. He could prove to be a matchup play at FantasyScore and for NL-only and cavernous mixed owners before the season is over, but you'll likely want to stay clear until he returns and proves himself on the mound.

Fantasy Tip: Lucroy ($3,400, 6.8% of cap) has 10 RBI and nine runs scored during the hitting streak, and he is offering great production at the price at FantasyScore right now.
Sun, 30 Aug 2015 12:44:01 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Rodriguez has saved 30 games in 31 opportunities while posting a 2.58 ERA in 47 games for Milwaukee this season. However, he has struggled of late, posting a 6.75 ERA through 9 1/3 innings during the month of August.

Milwaukee Brewers 1B Adam Lind is not in the starting lineup Sunday, Aug. 30. C Jonathan Lucroy is starting at first base, and C Martin Maldonado is starting behind the plate and batting eighth against Cincinnati Reds SP John Lamb Sunday.
Fantasy Tip: Make sure to avoid Lind ($4,900, 9.8% of cap) in all fantasy formats Sunday. The veteran is batting just .215 against lefties this season, so it is an opportune time to provide him with a game off. Since you can only play one of Lucroy ($3,400, 6.8% of cap) or Maldonado ($2,400, 4.8% of cap) at FantasyScore Sunday, it is worth spending up to target Lucroy who has 16 runs, four home runs and 11 RBI wiht a .866 OPS in August.
Sun, 30 Aug 2015 05:31:33 -0700
Fantasy Tip: By no means has it been a banner season for Gennett ($3,100, 6.2% of cap), but he does own a respectable .296/.327/.463 slash line over 63 games since he was recalled from his stint in the minors. Gennett stands as a low-end middle infield option in deep mixed leagues, and he is a worthy budget play at FantasyScore when the Brewers draw a plus-matchup.
Fri, 28 Aug 2015 21:29:24 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Santana ($3,500, 7.0% of cap) is hitting just .211 in six games since joining the Brewers, but he also has three homers and four RBI for the team. His power makes him worth considering as a high-risk, high-reward option at FantasyScore.
Wed, 26 Aug 2015 11:46:05 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Anderson is making his first start since coming off the DL, so right away that makes Gennett ($3,100, 6.2% of cap) a little more intriguing as a sleeper pick in daily games. He's also hitting much better against righties this year and has all six of his homers against them. Hitting leadoff also raises Gennett's fantasy value for tonight.
Sun, 23 Aug 2015 17:45:35 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Garza's ($4,100, 8.2% of cap) ERA is up to 5.26 this year, and he now owns a 7.17 ERA in eight starts against the Nationals. He has no business being owned at FantasyScore.
Sun, 23 Aug 2015 17:37:01 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Davis ($4,600, 9.2% of cap) has four homers and nine RBI over his last four games, and he has nine homers and 22 RBI in August. He is taking advantage of regular playing time since Carlos Gomez was traded and is providing great production for the price at FantasyScore.
Sat, 22 Aug 2015 11:40:26 -0700
Milwaukee Brewers 2B Scooter Gennett will bat sixth against Washington Nationals SP Joe Ross Saturday, Aug. 22. INF Elian Herrera, who played second base Friday, Aug. 21, will start at third base Saturday.
Fantasy Tip: Gennett ($3,100, 6.2% of cap) is hitting .294 this month and is 2-for-3 with a pair of doubles against Ross in his career, so FantasyScore owners who need an inexpensive option at the keystone position should consider him for their lineups. Herrera ($2,400, 4.8% of cap) also merits consideration, since he is batting .293 with one home run and eight RBIs in 58 at-bats this month.
