Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said he believes the offense is in better shape than it was last year because it will be the second year under offensive coordinator Marc Trestman, who will have more control of the offense. Trestman said the main focus for the offense is to cut down on the turnovers in 2016.
Fantasy Tip: Joe Flacco should be ready for the start of the season but should be considered as a No. 2 quarterback in most leagues. Justin Forsett and Javorius Allen will be solid options for owners since they will both receive playing time. The team's wide receivers are a question mark since Steve Smith and Breshad Perriman are dealing with injury. Smith should be a middle-round option if he is healthy. Mike Wallace and Kamar Aiken could be sleeper candidates if Smith and Perriman are not ready for the season.

Baltimore Ravens WR Mike Wallace said he isn't as fast as he was as the slot receiver for the Pittsburgh Steelers four years ago, but he thinks he can still get it done. "I think I've gotten better, even though (the) numbers don't say so," Wallace said. "I think I'll get better this year, and I'll show some people I have a lot up my sleeve."
Fantasy Tip: Wallace's numbers fell off a cliff last season, and at age 29, this is a make-or-break year. He'll have every opportunity to perform with a thin receiving corps and numerous injuries around him. He's a WR5 flyer in fantasy.

Baltimore Ravens RB Terrance West looked quick and fast during organized team activities, according to head coach John Harbaugh, and Harbaugh also praised West's improvements without the ball in his hands. "Young guys, young running backs, the thing that they always have to learn … They usually know how to run the ball, and he's proven he can do that," Harbaugh said. "The next part of it is the pass protection and the alignments and assignments and lining up outside the box and those kinds of things. I think he's really done a good job with improving on this spring, and I can't wait to see him in training camp."
Fantasy Tip: Baltimore has a crowded backfield, and West has a lot to do to separate himself from the pack and carve out some fantasy value. For now, he's a late-round flier in deep formats, but his stock could rise if things break his way leading into the season.

Baltimore Ravens QB Joe Flacco (knee) doesn't have a problem with running or cutting or doing anything physically in his recovery from a torn anterior cruciate ligament. Flacco's main test is facing the thoughts of getting hit again. "I don't expect to have those kinds of thoughts linger in my head," Flacco said. "But you never know until you get out there and do it again." Flacco is expected to be ready to go for training camp.
Fantasy Tip: The Ravens will probably take it easy with their starting quarterback for the remainder of the offseason. Even if Flacco is fully healthy when the season starts, he's comfortable in the backup fantasy quarterback conversation.

Baltimore Ravens WR Michael Campanaro (calf) is at risk of not making the final roster if he cannot stay on the field during training camp, according to The Baltimore Sun's Jeff Zrebiec. Campanaro missed most of last season with a back injury and is now dealing with a calf injury.

Fantasy Tip: Drafting Pitta is a huge risk with the serious hip issues he's had. Plus, he has Benjamin Watson, Maxx Williams and Crockett Gillmore competing with him. Watson is the best bet among tight ends in Baltimore, but he's still easily in TE2 territory.

Fantasy Tip: Richardson recently underwent surgery and may not be ready for training camp, which will hurt his chances to make the team. He would not have much value if he makes the team and may not be able to find another team if he is released. Owners in all leagues should avoid him.

Baltimore Ravens RB Terrance West is leaner and more explosive after he worked himself into the best shape of his career. He made some cuts over the past couple of weeks that he probably couldn't last year. If he continues to improve, it'll be hard to cut him.
Fantasy Tip: While that is good news for West, he still has a lot to hurdle over on the depth chart to be relevant in fantasy. He's at most an RB5 flyer for now.

Baltimore Ravens QB Joe Flacco said he plans to work out with some of his teammates over the next month to make sure his arm is strong enough for the work he will receive during training camp. He said he is not worried about his injured knee.
Fantasy Tip: Flacco should be ready for the start of training camp but may see limited playing time during the preseason. He will have some weapons to work with in the passing game and probably should be a No. 2 quarterback in most fantasy leagues.

Fantasy Tip: The Ravens want to give their best wide receiver all the rest he can get while not risking aggravation. Smith is best drafted as a WR3 this offseason.
