Fantasy Tip: Pitta missed most of the 2014 season and all of the 2015 season because of hip injuries but was able to finish this season with 86 catches for 729 yards and two touchdowns. There is a good chance that he will stay with the Ravens and can be considered a low-end No. 1 tight end or a No. 2 tight end in most fantasy drafts.

Fantasy Tip: West shared reps with Kenneth Dixon at the end of the season and could be a backup if he returns to the Ravens in 2017. Owners should monitor his situation during the offseason because he could be avoided in fantasy leagues if he is not a starter.

Recently retired Baltimore Ravens WR Steve Smith isn't being ruled out for a return in 2017, according to Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti. "I haven't given up hope that (he) is going to come walking in here in September," Bisciotti said. "We'll see about that character. I wouldn't count him out."
Fantasy Tip: Smith contends he's retired. If he were to return, he'd be a WR4 in PPR formats without a lot of upside.

Fantasy Tip: Flacco should not have been expected to set the world on fire coming off his 2015 ACL injury, but the Ravens need to realize sooner or later he is not an upper-echelon quarterback. Baltimore also isn't doing him any favors with its constant turnover at offensive coordinator. Flacco should be more efficient in 2017, but he will be hard-pressed to be anything more than a middling QB2.

Baltimore Ravens RBs Kenneth Dixon and Terrance West appear to be on solid footing with the team, but head coach John Harbaugh hinted the Ravens will be interested in adding a player to the mix that could help them improve on the seven 20-yard plays (six runs, one reception) his backs created in 2016.
Fantasy Tip: According to ESPN's Jamison Hensley, Baltimore would have drafted Todd Gurley in 2015 or Ezekiel Elliott in 2016 had either player fallen in its lap. This year's running back crop is expected to be one of the best in some time, although LSU's Leonard Fournette and Florida State's Dalvin Cook could both be off the board by the time the Ravens select at No. 16. Stanford's Christian McCaffrey could be in play, however.
